Teddy runs all the operations and wedding business for our store. She is your go to for all things Bluebird. If you are organizing a community event, planning a wedding, or want to join the team – Teddy is your gal.

Sarah Remiger, Lead Cake Decorator

Sarah has been a party chef and worked in the industry since age 19. She is an expert in buttercream, fondant, and handmade flowers.

Elana Palmer, Cake Decorator

Elana had grown with Bluebird since age 16. Staring as a Barista and moving her way up through management, Elana now focuses her time on growing her cake  decorating and fondant skills as our cake decorator. She also specializes in French Macarons and decorated cookies.

Kelsy Willison, Owner

Kelsy started the business in 2014 and had developed a group of talented individuals who run, work, and improve the business everyday. With a background in HR and Business Management, Kelsy now focuses her time on leading and developing the people who leader business.

Join Our Team

It takes a dynamic and talented group of people to run our wedding and bakery business. We are always looking to add new people to our team who are looking to engage in growth and embrace the learning opportunities we have to offer. Also, we like to add people the team who like to have fun with us!

We are currently hiring the following positions:

  • Part-time Barista/Cafe Leader
  • Bakery Manager & Wedding Coordinator.  In 2022, our talented Teddy will be moving to Colorado to be with signigant other. We are looking to hire someone who would develop into this role with in 2 years.
  • Part-time Baker
  • Very Part-time Social Media Coordinator
